The 2016 Borsao Rose is pure Garnacha from young vines on clay and limestone soils fermented in stainless steel with neutral dry yeasts and bottled unoaked. It's pale and subtle, with a vibrant palate and crisp acidity. It is refreshing and dry, very apt for the table. They changed the style four or five years ago to this paler, subtler profile, that is very pleasant and drinkable. One to buy by the case. 400,000 bottles produced.
