Available at a very attractive price point, the 2015 Fiano di Avellino Gaudium packs a lot of punch. The bouquet is generous and bright with very pretty aromas of stone fruit, honey, white mineral and dried hay. The mineral imprint is very noticeable and the degree to which it is apparent is what sets this wine apart from its peers. The medium finish is rich and creamy, thanks to three months of aging in stainless steel on the fine lees.
