The 2010 Premium Torrontes is the only wine not made from estate-grown fruit. However, it is sourced from Cafayate, the unquestioned best region for this varietal. It offers up a fragrant perfume of jasmine, citrus, and tropical aromas. This sets the stage for a dry, crisp, nicely proportioned wine with good volume and length. Drink this excellent value over the next 12-18 months. Alta Vista has a well-deserved reputation as one of Argentina’s finest producers.
