The 2007 Chardonnay Kayena Vineyard was barrel-fermented with 30% of the wine put through malolactic fermentation. Aromas of baked apple, pear, white peach, and baking spices lead to a smooth-textured, round, lively wine for drinking over the next 3-4 years.
