The 2005 Fume Blanc Reserve To-Kalon has sensational fruit, minerality, and texture. The wine exhibits wonderful gun flint, honeyed grapefruit, fig, and melony notes in a medium-bodied style with just a touch of spice. There is about 15% Semillon added, which has, no doubt, fleshed out and contributed to the rather enticing texture of this wine. It should drink well for 2-3 years. Tel.
