A noteworthy effort is the dark ruby/purple-colored 1997 Cabernet Sauvignon, which reveals substance, structure and tannin. It offers admirable ripeness as well as uncomplicated, jammy black currant fruit intermixed with licorice and dried herbs. It is best drunk over the next 3-5 years. Tel.
