The 2019 Graacher Domprobst Riesling Auslese #15 (Auction) offers a clear, intense, deep, fresh, concentrated, flinty as well as lemon-scented bouquet with notes of crushed stones, lemon rind and a delicate botrytis note. There is great precision and a spicy intensity here! Sweet and lush but highly refined and delicate on the palate, this is a crystalline, nervy, piquant, balanced and tensioned Auslese with a long, intense finish.
