The superb, light-bodied 2001 The Dry Dam Riesling boasts loads of tropical and citrus fruit as well as tremendous persistence on the palate, and no notions of wood. It is a classic expression of a fruit-driven, less mineral-styled Riesling. It will last for a decade, but consumption over the next 2-3 years is recommended to take advantage of its exuberant fruit.
