The unoaked 2021 Sicilia Grillo Lalùci is transparent and luminous in appearance with candied lemon, apricot, tart grapefruit and caramel. The Grillo grapes tend to oxidize quickly, and I think you see that happening here. It ends with nutty aromas and almond marzipan.
