While I was disappointed in the 1994 Cotes du Provence Rouge, the following cuvee performed well. The fresh, light to medium-bodied 1995 Rose possesses crisp, elegant, strawberry/framboise fruit, along with a salty, tangy, olive-like note. It requires consumption over the next 6 months.
