The 2006 M3 is from La Mancha where, slowly but surely, more good wine is being produced. Medium ruby-colored, this wine is a bit more austere and compressed than its siblings. However, it offers good flavors and balance for drinking over the next 1-2 years. Vinos Sin-Ley’s M Series features the Monastrell grape which flourishes in the warmer, drier D.O.s. As with the G Series, the wines are all raised in stainless steel to better preserve the fruit.
