The 2004 Zinfandel Dry Creek, which is blended with Petite Sirah, exhibits an inky/purple color as well as aromas of truffle oil, blueberries, black raspberries, kirsch, licorice, and pepper. The complex aromatics are followed by a full-bodied, opulent, smooth wine with a heady glycerin content. It should drink well for 7-10 years or longer.
