The 2006 St Joseph Lieu Dit St Joseph Blanc is another wine that's showing some maturity, yet with no signs of falling apart. Ripe, unctuous and layered, with medium to full-bodied notes of quince, orange marmalade, brioche and caramelized citrus, this medium to full-bodied 2006 is loaded with fruit and drinking at point. It deserves a classy meal and will drink nicely for another 2-3 years (possibly longer, but don’t wait).
