Starting off the Bordeaux blends, the 2011 Merlot Stillwater Creek Vineyard (which incorporates 1% each of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc) gives up delicious, plum, spice box, cedar and dried Herb like aromas and flavors to go with a medium-bodied, straightforward and easy-drinking profile on the palate.
