An excellent, underrated and unknown source of top quality Rasteau, Domaine du Trapadis’s 2001 Cotes du Rhone-Villages Rasteau is a chunky, attractive, herb-tinged effort revealing notions of black cherries, dusty, loamy soil, licorice, and pepper.
