The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva is matured in barrel rather than in cement vats with inner staves. The level of oak is high, with plenty of smoky and spicy aromas, toasted bread, nutmeg and perhaps green peppercorns too. If the nose is oaky, the palate is oakier.
