Honeyed pineapple, orange, marmalade, minerals, and butter characterize the full-bodied, surprisingly nuanced, and stylish 1999 Chardonnay Charles Ranch. With only 13.4% alcohol, this wine possesses little power, but there is liquid minerality underneath all the fruit. Citrus oils also make an appearance. This wine should last for 4-5 years.
