The 2001 Reserva Premium spent 6 years in oak. Opaque purple-colored, it has an enticing nose of pain grille, lavender, crushed stone, spice box, blueberry, and blackberry liqueur. Rich, concentrated, layered, and full-bodied on the palate, it has superb depth and impeccable balance. Give it 6-8 years of further cellaring and begin to drink it in 2015. It will continue to provide pleasure through 2030.The winery produces two wines from Toro, located directly west of Ribera del Duero, under the Arbucala label.Importers: Gold Coast Beverage, Miami, FL; tel.
