A blend of 40% Grenache Blanc, 30% Clairette and 15% each Bourboulenc and Roussanne, the 2016 Chateauneuf du Pape la Crau de Ma Mere Blanc was matured in demi-muids. It shows grassy lime and pineapple notes on the nose and is just medium-bodied on the palate, finishing with fine shavings of lime zest. Drink it over the next couple of years while it retains its freshness and vibrancy.
