The Chevalier-Montrachet was harvested at 14% natural potential alcohol. It has an extraordinary nose of minerals, cardamon, peanuts, acacia blossoms, and anise. This impeccably-focused, precise, and concentrated wine has enormous complexity, a medium-to-full body, and a magnificently long finish. Its flavor profile is composed of chalk, flint, crisp pears, boisterous minerals, and sweet spicy oak. Anticipated maturity: 2001-2008+.
