Sourced from select vineyard sites, with the winery’s flagship Isca vineyard in central Margaret River providing the backbone of the wine, the 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon is made of 93% Cabernet Sauvignon and 7% Merlot matured in 100% French barriques for 24 months. Deep garnet, with notes of cassis, dried Provencal herbs, pencil shavings and marmite toast with a touch of nutmeg, it is medium-bodied with a great concentration of mid-palate flesh, plus a solid backbone of crisp acid, medium level grainy tannins and a long finish. Drink it now to 2019+.
