The 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon Morisoli Vineyard, which comes from a hallowed vineyard in Rutherford, has a slightly more saturated ruby/purple color as well as a classic bouquet of creme de cassis, black cherries, dusty, loamy soil, herbs and spice. The vineyard is in the heart of Rutherford, and has been source to many wonderful bottlings over the years. This is certainly a wonderful wine, tannicly dry and elegant in black and red currants, not to mention oak. It will probably develop, but lacks dramatic concentration. Now–2015.——S.H.(7/1/2011)—— 90
