Showing a tad more minerality, with plenty of lemongrass, green herbs and citrus, the 2011 Sauvignon Blanc is clean, fresh and focused, with building richness coming through on the finish. Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc and aged for 11 months on lees, it should continue to drink nicely through 2015. Drink now-2015.
