The 2005 “Kayena’s Vineyard” Pinot Noir is more deeply colored with darker fruit aromas and flavors including black raspberry, black cherry, and rhubarb. Mouth-filling and smoothly textured, the wine has enough structure to evolve for 2-3 years. Drink it through 2015. Tamar Ridge winery is on the banks of the Tamar River in northern Tasmania.
