The red blend 2019 Ars In Vitro was produced with 90% Tempranillo and 10% Merlot that fermented separately in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts and matured in concrete vats for at least two years. It has 14% alcohol, mellow acidity and freshness, with ripe fruit and an herbal touch. It's ripe without excess and reveals abundant, slightly dusty tannins that call for food. 33,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in November 2022.
