Made with 100% Vernaccia, the well-priced 2016 Vernaccia di San Gimignano Vigna a Solatìo is cold stabilized before fermentation—a method that has been used at this winery since 1976. This results in extra crispness, freshness and sharpness of aromas. Lemon, grapefruit and green apple aromas are well delineated. Some 120,000 bottles were made.
