The NV Franciacorta Rosé Brut (80-20 Pinot Nero and Chardonnay) opens to a dry and mineral-driven bouquet with flint and crushed oyster shell in a leading role. The wine shows a beautiful, pale pink color with aromas of white cherry, cranberry, pine nut and candied orange peel. There's a floral note as well with pink rose and violets. In the mouth, the wine offers a tight and streamlined texture with tonic effervescence and a compact consistency.
