The 2007 Rose is composed of 60% Garnacha, 30% Viura, and 10% Tempranillo. It spent two months in American oak vats with 20% of the wine going through malolactic fermentation. Light pink in color, it has a lovely floral and red fruit perfume leading to a lively wine with good balance and a fruity finish. Drink it over the next 12-18 months.
