The 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon Heather Hill from Walla Walla (15 months in 50% new oak) has a classic feel in its dark fruits, crushed rock, ground herbs and smoky aromatics. Medium to full-bodied on the palate, with a firm, structured feel, it needs 2-4 years of cellaring and will have 15-20 years of overall longevity.
