The rosé 2021 Rosado was produced with a 50/50 blend of Tempranillo and Syrah from young vines fermented with neutral yeasts, mostly in stainless steel but with part of it in concrete and used 500- and 600-liter oak barrels with an élevage of four months before bottling. It has some orange tints and a creamy nose from the time in oak. It's serious and gastronomic, clean and focused with balance and a dry finish. Very tasty. 18,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in February 2022.
