The 2019 Grenache Estate was grown on both volcanic and sandy soils and blended with 5% Syrah. Medium ruby-purple, it has inviting aromas of salami, violets, cracked pepper and tobacco leaves supported by an intense core of black and red berry fruits. The medium-bodied palate unfolds its youthfully wound, savory fruits slowly, supported by gently chalky tannins and satisfying bursts of juicy acidity. It finishes long and savory and is already drinking well despite its recent bottling in August 2022. The estate Grenache will be released in the spring of 2023.
