The 2010 Sauvignon Blanc has intense aromas of ripe grapefruit, under-ripe pineapple and fresh pear slices with a whiff of chopped herbs. Crisp, dry and light to medium bodied, there’s an excellent concentration of fruit and good balance in the mouth, finishing long with lingering tropical notes.
