The 2015 Niederh?user Klamm Riesling Kabinett (AP #16 16) is very ripe on the nose, not that precise and probably contains some botrytis flavors. It was picked in two steps, one part very early in late September and the other in the the second week of November. Light, round and piquant on the palate, this is a charming and mouth-filling Kabinett with good grip in the finish.
