The 2006 Dry Riesling “Watervale” offers an earthy, slate/mineral nose intermixed with floral and citrus aromas. On the palate it is medium-bodied, crisp, dry and vibrant leading to a long finish. It can be enjoyed now with oysters and clams but will likely age for a decade in the manner of a top German Riesling.
