The Baron di Pauli 2020 Alto Adige Sauvignon Kinesis is a pungent expression of this semi-fragrant variety. Made only in stainless steel for six months, it shows passion fruit, green papaya and grapefruit. This is a crisp, lean-bodied wine with the natural freshness to pair with Thai fried rice or tempura shrimp sushi rolls. Production is 6,000 bottles.
