This biodynamically farmed estate turned out a modern-styled, dark ruby/purple-hued 2008 Chateauneuf du Pape (75% Grenache, 15% Syrah, and the rest equal parts Mourvedre and Cinsault). The modern character comes from 100% aging for 12 months in small oak casks. It is a fruity, straightforward, one-dimensional effort that is well-made for the vintage. Drink it over the next 3-4 years.
No known American importer.
