I loved the nose of the 2012 Gran Reserva, which was surprisingly aromatic with classical notes of cherries in liqueur, blonde tobacco, hints of cured meat, spices and smoke. This is always a good compromise between the modern and more classical style. The palate is nicely balanced with fine tannins. 15,300 bottles were filled in December 2014.
