The estate bottled 2007 Txakoli Rezabal is composed of 80% Hondarrabi Zuri and 20% Hondarrabi Beltza. Pale straw colored, it offers up a slight effervescence from trapped CO2, as well as an attractive nose of banana and other tropical notes. Crisp, dry, with elevated acidity balanced by plenty of fruit, the wine has good depth and length. It is an ideal match for Spain’s fabulous shellfish and Ipswich fried clams.
