Medium bright red. Cranberry, cherry, rose petal, spicy oak and a whiff of rhubarb on the nose. Plummy, fat and round, with more oak spices than primary fruit. I'd like to have seen more lift and verve, but this grew sweeter with aeration. It must be said that this is very decent pinot noir for the gentle price. .
