The Nuits St.-Georges-Clos des Corvees is smokey, robust, quite aromatic, full-bodied, and tannic. Drink it over the next 7-8 years. The secret to Jadot's success in 1983 was to avoid the hail damage and rot. After severe selections were made, the wine was fermented at very hot temperatures for a short period. It obviously worked.
