The 1982 was produced during a difficult period for Nenin (the wines are significantly better now), and the result is a light-bodied, soft, diluted wine that is already displaying signs of cracking up and drying out. The light to medium ruby color possesses considerable amber. The nose offers old, musty cellar aromas followed by a coarse, light-bodied wine with little depth. Drink it up.
