The 2004 Cuvee 6 Cepages is a blend of roughly equal parts Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay, Petit Meslier and Arbanne that was fermented in aged oak barrels. It reveals wonderful richness, with subtle influence of oak that adds volume, creaminess and spiciness. The 6 Cepages turns cooler on the mid-palate as minerals and mint add freshness on the highly attractive, crystalline finish. This bottle was disgorged July, 2010. Dosage was 10 grams per liter. Anticipated maturity: 2012-2022.
