From the winery’s top-level line, the 2012 Alto Adige Gewürztraminer Movado represents a selection of the best fruit sourced by this important wine cooperative. The floral intensity is taken up a notch (compared to the base Gewürztraminer) and pours from the glass in thick layers of white flower, rose, sweet honey and cinnamon stick. There’s a delicately sweet touch of candied peach or apricot on the creamy finish.
