Brilliant, with ripe golden fruits, apple, vanilla cream and mineral-driven aromatics, the 2011 Sauvignon Blanc Vogelzang Vineyard shows loads of class and depth on the palate with integrated acidity and beautiful overall balance and freshness. It, too, strikes a good balance between overall richness and freshness, has fantastic clarity and focus, and will be versatile on the dinner table. As with the other Sauvignon Blancs, it was barrel-fermented and aged on lees. Drink now-2019.
