The 2007 Reserva is a blend of 60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Syrah, which seems to be fully mature, with a developed color and a complex nose combining aromas of leather, cured meats, smoke, paprika and cold tea with earthy tones intermixed with ripe plums and a herbal touch. The palate is medium-bodied, with good freshness, fine, resolved tannins and good length. A very good Bordeaux blend that manages to keep its origins. Drink now-2018.
