Robert Bellini was the founder of Santa Restituta before selling it to Angelo Gaja and moving on to Podere Brizio, just a short distance away. Three wines are made, and the simplest, the 2001 Podere Brizio, is somewhat Chianti-like, 100% Sangiovese, fruit-driven, spicy, light to medium-bodied, and attractively fresh and lively. No known American importer.
