The 2015 Salia is a blend of a majority of Syrah with 25% Garnacha Tintorera and 8% Touriga Nacional from young vines fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured in 300-liter oak barrels for one year. It has bright red fruit, with contained ripeness, polished tannins and clean and focused flavors. This could very well be the finest Salia. It's approachable now. 14,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in October 2016.
