The 2010 Semillon was 100% fermented in older French oak, no new oak and aged in oak for 10 months on yeast lees with batonnage. It has notes of lemon tart and fresh apple slices with touches of honeysuckle and hay. Light-bodied, crisp and with good vibrancy in the mouth, it has a long finish. Drink it now through 2015. Chalkers Crossing does not currently have a USA importer.
