The Conterno Fantino 2020 Dolcetto d'Alba Bricco Bastia opens to a bright ruby color with purplish hues at the back. The wine flaunts its youth and freshness, thanks to its exuberant primary fruit. The bouquet delivers blueberry, wild raspberry and sour cherry. Those sweet berry flavors are followed by bitter almonds, lilacs and pressed violets. This wine underlines the purity and typicity of the Dolcetto grape. Some 11,500 bottles were made and you get terrific value.
