Here's a look back in time at a cooler vintage. The first vintage made was 2008. The Umani Ronchi 2010 Conero Riserva Campo San Giorgio has reverted to tertiary tones of aniseed, licorice, balsam herb and dried fruit. That said, it is hard to nail this as a wine this old. The mouthfeel is fueled by freshness and compelling power. Only 3,100 bottles were made, and this is a wine of lasting character.
